You can go anywhere in a Jeep, and we want to ensure that even if things go wrong, your adventures can continue. That's why we offer a comprehensive Roadside Assistance program, to all members of the Jeep family.

Roadside Assistance - Every New Jeep

Every new Jeep comes with Roadside Assistance included for the entire duration of your vehicle's warranty.

We'll assist you with flat batteries, emergency fuel, flat tyres, lost or locked keys, towing and transportation costs, caravan and trailer assistance, accident coordination, emergency accommodation, car rental, alternative transportation coordination, vehicle relocation coordination, urgent message relay, cancellation or rebooking of travel arrangements, or medical advice.

Roadside Assistance membership is provided by AWP Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 trading as 'Allianz Global Assistance' ('Allianz Global Assistance'). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your membership, you will be making that request to Allianz Global Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.

Lifetime Roadside Assistance

Every time you service your Jeep at Werribee Jeep, you'll receive an additional 12 months roadside and can continue to do this for the lifetime of your vehicle.

We value every single Jeep customer and as such, Lifetime Roadside Assistance is available to all Jeep owners - and we mean all.

Even if your Jeep has missed a few services or is more than 10 years old, you're still entitled to Lifetime Roadside Assistance. All you need to do is return to Werribee Jeep and complete a scheduled service for your vehicle (according to your Service & Warranty Handbook), to enjoy the benefits of an additional 12-months Roadside. With Service Activated Roadside Assist, much of the Roadside Assistance program you receive with a new vehicle is still intact - although there are reduced benefits in some areas; e.g. the towing limit is reduced to 100km and emergency accommodation under this program only allows for 1 day / night. Coronavirus: Auto industry reopens

26 October 2020

The State Government has eased restrictions on metro Melbourne businesses.

Automotive businesses are permitted to reopen as of Wednesday 28 October, with no limits on the work performed, provided a COVIDSafe Plan is in place, as the whole of Victoria will move from 'stay home' to 'stay safe' measures – meaning there are no longer restrictions on the reasons to leave home.

Retail businesses have been given the green light to begin preparations for a COVID-safe reopening, with staff now permitted to be on-site to ready businesses.

Although Victoria is set to move into the Third Stage of the State Government's roadmap to reopening and well on the way to COVID Normal operations, it is important to remain vigilant. Every Victorian business that is open must follow the six COVIDSafe principles to help prevent future outbreaks of COVID-19. These include:

  • Ensure physical distancing
  • Wear a face mask
  • Practice good hygiene
  • Keep records and act quickly
  • Avoid interactions in enclosed spaces
  • Create workforce bubbles.

​Other important considerations:

  • Permitted Worker Permits are no longer required (Permitted Worker Permits are no longer required (unless worker is travelling from Melbourne to regional Victoria, and vice versa)
  • Work from home if you can
  • The 25km radius limitation is still in place.

VACC members are encouraged to review the latest VACC OHS&E and IR department resources on the member-website, as well as State Government materials – all designed to help businesses ease back into operations in the safest way possible for staff and customers. Government materials include COVID-19 translated information for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
